We invite you to submit your proposal for a VEA mini-grant for any amount up to $500. VEA will be accepting submissions from July 1st – September 1st, 2026. For any questions, please contact VEA's Department of Equity, Justice, and Learning at vea.workshops@veanea.org or call 804.508.8422.
The goal of VEA Targeted Organizing Projects is to assist locals (the term "local" to include all local associations, multi-local UniServ Unit Councils, SVEA and VEA-R and classifications of members within those "locals") in complimenting current local funding in support of "amplifying" organizing campaigns and activities that ultimately help locals attract, recruit, and retain members and create powerful local associations through the building of organizing culture and capacity.
