General Details
The XTERRA Portugal Championship, a race included in the GLOBAL TOUR and EUROPEAN TOUR is a competition of triathlon off-road open to all individual participants. Can be participants in these race, all men's and women's, with a minimum age of 18 years, expressing they desire in participate by completing the registration form and pay the registration.

The typical distance for this race is 1500m for swim, 30km for mountain biking and 10km to trail/run. The courses are designed to have the top professional finish the race in about two and half hours. In general, swimming spent 10% of the total time needed to finish the race, mountain bike 65%, and the trail/run 25%.
